Welcome to BitMedicVault. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BitMedicVault website, applications, wallet-related features, support services, and any other services made available by BitMedicVault (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
You may use the Services only if: You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You satisfy the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction. Your use of the Services does not violate applicable law or regulation. You are not prohibited from using digital-asset services under applicable sanctions, restrictions, or other legal requirements. Any information you provide to us is accurate and reasonably current. We may restrict or refuse access where required by law, security considerations, compliance requirements, or legitimate operational reasons.
An Access Code may be required to access certain features of the Services. An Access Code: Is intended only for the authorized user. Must be kept confidential. May be suspended, revoked, or replaced where necessary. Does not itself constitute proof of ownership of a particular digital asset unless independently verified. Does not guarantee that a particular balance or transaction will be available. If you believe your Access Code has been compromised, contact support promptly. We will never intentionally require you to disclose a password, private key, seed phrase, or other secret wallet credential through an unsolicited communication.
Where the Services provide functionality relating to recovered, reconciled, restored, or otherwise identified digital-asset balances, the display or identification of a balance does not by itself constitute an unconditional promise that the balance is immediately transferable. Eligibility may depend upon: Verification of account ownership. Verification of the relevant wallet or transaction history. Blockchain confirmation. Technical recovery or reconciliation requirements. Applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Completion of required security procedures. We may place a temporary restriction on a balance while investigating discrepancies, security concerns, suspected fraud, or ownership disputes. Users must not attempt to circumvent such restrictions.
Where withdrawals are available, requests may be subject to security checks, blockchain confirmation requirements, account verification, and applicable processing procedures. You are responsible for ensuring that the withdrawal address supplied to the Services is correct. Once a blockchain transaction has been broadcast and confirmed, BitMedicVault generally cannot reverse it. A withdrawal may be delayed or rejected where reasonably necessary to: Protect an Account. Investigate suspicious activity. Resolve an ownership dispute. Address technical problems. Comply with applicable law. Prevent fraud or unauthorized transfers.
Certain Services may involve fees. Any applicable fee should be communicated through the relevant Service or other legitimate account communication before the applicable service is performed. Fees may include, where applicable: Service fees. Network or blockchain transaction fees. Processing fees. Verification-related fees where legally and contractually applicable. Other clearly disclosed service charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, blockchain network fees are determined by the applicable network and are not controlled by BitMedicVault. BitMedicVault does not guarantee that payment of a fee will result in recovery, transfer, approval, or access to a particular digital-asset balance.
You agree not to use the Services for: Fraud or deception. Money laundering or terrorist financing. Theft or unauthorized access. Sanctions violations. Market manipulation. Distribution of malicious software. Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining. Phishing or credential harvesting. Circumvention of security controls. Impersonation of another person or organization. Any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate Accounts associated with prohibited activity where reasonably necessary.
BitMedicVault is not a bank, investment adviser, financial institution, or government agency. Digital assets, including Bitcoin, involve significant technological, market, regulatory, and security risks. You should independently evaluate whether using digital-asset services is appropriate for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitMedicVault and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. This may include losses resulting from: Incorrect transaction information supplied by a user. Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials. Blockchain network failures. Digital-asset price changes. Third-party service failures. Lost or compromised private keys controlled by the user. Unsupported assets or networks. Events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Services or another reasonable communication method. The updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
